Practice Manager

Ann Griffin (AMSPAR Dip PM)

Our Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for all management and practice administration.

She has been with the practice for 20 years since before Dr. O. S. Singh and Dr. S. P. Singh took over from Dr. Fahey and Dr. Montague where she started as a receptionist and went onto to take her AMSPAR.

This practice is very privileged to have a very experienced team of receptionists, so many infact that we may not be able to fit all their beautiful faces on one page!

The reception staff are responsible for the general running of reception, answering the telephone, dealing with queries from patients and I.T. work.

Morning Staff:

Receptionist / Wages Clerk / Secretary - Eileen Johnston is one of the longest standing members of the practice and as you can see has many roles within the practice!

Receptionist - Gillian Simpson  previously worked with Dr Sethi's practice for many years before the partnership formed.

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Ellen McAuliffe is both a part of the busy reception staff as well as being part of the background staff helping with data entry and new patient information.

Administration / Receptionist - Linda Chambers worked for Dr Sethi prior to the merger of the two practices and works three mornings a week to help keep up with all the work that comes our way!

Administration - Julia Mapara has worked with us since April 2009, working full time as one of our back office staff, aiding the Practice Manager in her day to day activities along with data entry and other administration duties.

Receptionist - Sonya Foreman is one of our newest additions!

Administration / Receptionist - Felicity Baker is another one of our newest additions!

Afternoon Staff:

Senior Receptionist - Carolyn Tapson again another familiar face for some of the practice patients from the old building on this site. She is now an integral member of the afternoon team with her wealth in knowledge and experience.

Receptionist - Lynsey Stannard is yet another new addition to the practice covering our reception duties in the afternoon.

Receptionist - Rebecca McCutcheon is also yet another new addition to the practice covering our reception duties in the afternoon.

Administration - Joan Swan is another of our addition to back office staff. She will be assisting our QoF Manager in QoF and other administration duties.

A Small Plea!

Please spare a thought for our hard working reception staff. Their job is difficult and demanding, they have to please both the doctors and the patients at the same time. They need to be calm, courteous, efficient, sympathetic and wise under all circumstances. They are our front-line so please be nice and help them to help you.
